Full of Colour

I picked up the Chinese again today and jumped in with learning the colours. The lesson was quite straightforward although some of the characters are a bit complicated.

红色 (hóngsè) - Red
黄色 (huángsè) - Yellow
绿色 (lǜsè) - Green
青色 (qīngsè) - Green (more like turquoise)
蓝色 (lánsè) - Blue
紫色 (zǐsè) - Purple
黑色 (hēisè) - Black
白色 (báisè) - White
彩色 (cǎisè) - Multicolour
颜色 (yánsè) - Colour

I still need to look up the more useful (but somewhat dull) colours such as grey and brown, but I’ll leave them for another day.
